Delegations from the ANC, the South African National Editors’ Forum, Projourn and Media Monitoring Africa met in Sandton on Tuesday to discuss ongoing concerns on both sides in relation to the Protection of State Information Bill.
The parties agreed on the importance of ongoing engagement around the legislation, and stressed the importance of participation in the processes of the National Council of Provinces as it considers the bill.
